Bid Specifications

Our specifications and drawings prepared for remediation projects ensure that the abatement contractor follows safe and legal procedures throughout all phases of the project. An exhaustive specification is developed by Hillmann and closely resembles the format developed by the National Institute of Building Sciences. Each specification is job specific and clearly states the methods and procedures to be employed by the contractor. Our experience has shown that by taking this responsibility from the contractor, bids are more competitive and projects are completed safely and within time and budget constraints.
