Remediation Support Services
Hillmann performs a full range of Remediation Support Services including Surveys, Bid Specifications, Quality Assurance Monitoring and O & M programs. Hillmann conducts building surveys in compliance with all applicable laws for the identification and quantification of mold, asbestos, lead, PCBs, underground storage tanks and other hazardous materials. Surveys include site study, moisture mapping, bulk sample analysis, and XRF investigations. Upon identification and quantification, Bid Specifications are prepared to ensure a cost effective approach and abatement contractor conformance to safe and legal procedures during all phases of the remediation project including Design, Project Management, and Quality Assurance Monitoring. Quality Assurance Monitoring includes air testing, inspections and full documentation package submitted at the close of a project. Operations and Maintenance programs are available to assist building owners and facility managers to educate personnel in the potential hazards, proper handling and management of known hazardous materials.
