Employee Training Programs

Hillmann currently offers several courses, covering a variety of topics designed to promote awareness of environmental concerns. Our staff of certified professionals work closely with you to design and instruct comprehensive training programs that promote awareness of the environmental issues pertinent to your business. The result is a tailored curriculum that educates participants on proactively preventing potential occurrences before they happen, therefore reducing your liability later on.

We provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Classes for management, engineering, or maintenance staff we are flexible to the client's needs, and are designed to educate personnel in the potential hazards, proper handling, and management of asbestos. The Hillmann O&M class is certified in compliance with the EPA and State of New York.

Hillmann provides Regional Agency Rules and Regulations Awareness programs through designing and instructing awareness classes on specific topics, which may be pertinent to a particular worker classification, building or property. These classes have in the past assisted building owners and their tenants with compliance of EPA, OSHA, and regional agency rules and regulations.
