Indoor Air Quality Evaluation and Monitoring

Hillmann provides a complete range of services relating to Indoor Air Quality. Periodic building surveys address the most common indoor air contaminants. The program is designed to measure the working condition throughout the entire building over a period of years and maintain the information in an attainable format. Investigations are also designed to identify contaminants that may be responsible for causing adverse health effects including microbial, chemical or physical exposures.

The Proactive Evaluation is provided to commercial building owners and management firms as a means of documenting air quality within their buildings. This service generally consists of a brief inspection of HVAC systems on a number of floors or areas, followed by sampling for a standardized set of air quality factors, including 4 - 8 contaminants. The results of the survey and sampling are compiled in an easy-to-read report combined with a chart of the building.
